this is so hauntingly beautiful. especially the last two stanzas, they really got to my heart. the connection between “i won’t look back” and “i turn” will live in my mind for a while. i can’t wait for the achilles one. (i also read this poem with the soundtrack of the musical hadestown playing in my mind :d)
